I have overcome my own childhood trauma and built a beautiful life for myself. I have a lovely relationship with my Inner Child, my Guides, + Spirit! In fact, they all assisted in bringing this program to you! I use the wisdom that helped me along the way + give you the most effective tools, while empowering your own inner wisdom. I help you accept + befriend all parts of you, including your ego + anger. No part of you is bad or unacceptable. I don’t preach only love + light, or Good Vibes only. I have a background in trauma therapy + training in numerous Holistic Modalities. I am not here to label or diagnose you, or shame ANY part of you. I understand how to apply different practices to be most effective for your healing + awakening journey. My method is soft + gentle, but powerful + targeted to help you get results quickly. My experience as a therapist gave me the clinical training + framework for human trauma, while my spiritual background gives me the understanding of Soul Trauma and Past-last Karmic cycles that play out, which create the wounds of this life.

You want to help others heal, but not by force, trying to ‘fix,’ or exerting effort. You want to feel naturally empowered + help others feel the same. You might have big dreams or a vision you want to bring to life, this program can help you create a solid foundation for you to bring your healing gifts to the world. The women I work with are change-makers, disrupters, + cycle-breakers. You might have felt like an outsider or alien at times growing up. I’m here to assure you, nothing is wrong with you. You might identify as a starseed, lightworker, wounded healer, empath, or HSP. You have a sacred mission. You are here to bring a new paradigm + consciousness of love + sovereign strength as we enter the Golden Ages…
I hold high integrity + am dedicated to providing a safe environment for all races, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, and diverse expressions of self. I respect you fully + ask for the same level of respect for each member of the group. I am here to guide, but there is no one right way for all people. ❌ Men or Male-identifying. I work with women intentionally in this space to create additional safety for emotional sharing + vulnerability. Men healing their trauma + reconnecting to their emotional health is massively important + I am grateful others are doing that work!
❌ Anyone who doesn’t want to have fun. This group is going to be fun! We’re going to be laughing, playing, and exploring together! Cursing will happen! If you have trouble taking yourself seriously (I did for MANY years!!) and you want a chance to try something different, then I invite you to join us! If you don’t want to change + try something new (and you don’t have to!), then this might not be the place for you.
❌ Women who are in active addiction, in an abusive relationship, or healing from some significant trauma. It is important for you to be resourced and in a good place mentally. I want you to be able to make a decision from a place of fullness and not fear. If you are not doing well mentally or emotionally, it is essential that you get more significant support at this time.
❌ Women who are struggling financially. I do not want you to do something that is going to add additional stress to your life. I do not want you to make a decision from a place of scarcity and lack, but from a place of ease and excitement.
❌ You are not willing to look within + explore yourself, your thoughts + behaviors. You would rather avoid + focus only on love + light. You want to blame others + focus on how people are “toxic.” You don’t want to take responsibility for yourself or your life today.
I understand personally how hard it can be to navigate the world as an Empathic + Highly Sensitive Woman. I have healed my own chronic trauma + know the absolute benefit of this deep, heart-centered work. I spent years longer than I needed to because I had no one to guide me through what I was experiencing until much later in my life, which is why I am so passionate about helping woman with all the wisdom I have gained.
