Who is Spiritual Coaching for?

Are you curious about spirituality or what that even means? Do you feel you have a yearning to a higher calling or purpose, and want to explore that further? Are you overwhelmed with anxiety or depression, but do not really know why? It is normal to feel this way in the state of our society. There is a lot of pain and fear in the collective experience. You may be struggling with wanting to help and be of service, but feel you lack purpose, direction, and/or motivation. You may want to find relationships that have more depth…or maybe you recognize a need to build stronger inner resilience…these are all areas we can work on together in your life through spiritual soul coaching sessions.

Many people are currently going through or have gone through their Ascension and Spiritual Awakening in the past few years. This can also be known as the Dark Night of the Soul. This experience can leave a person feeling alone and isolated, as you navigate a new self, and leaving behind or releasing old parts of yourself. Spirituality Coaching is for those who are ready to deep dive into their healing and have a supportive container to heal within! Soul based coaching is also for people who are Highly Sensitive, Intuitive, Empaths or Wounded Healers and want to learn how to use their gifts without getting burnt out. I adore working with people who want to heal themselves and bring about more healing for the planet and all those around them. I love working with people who want to step into service in the world. When people support each other, the whole world wins. 

Why see a Spiritual Coach or Soul Guide?

The Spiritual journey can be terrifying and lonely. It often requires surrendering to the Unknown, which can be hard to do without a guide. I know how challenging these dynamics can be because I have been there too! I will share my wisdom of what did and did not work for expanding into a more authentic way of being! I know how much fear can be a barrier to change. I understand it often feels that if you dive into these areas you will find darkness and become overwhelmed. Those fears can stop you from exploring yourself further and living a fulfilling life. But I am here to help you work through any shame that may arise and release it! You were not created to be shamed, but we learn this way of being early in life. We will work together to undo the conditioning you have received throughout your life through a spiritual and psychological lens. Spiritual coaching is an intuitive process that, similar to life itself, is a journey.

I help empower you to see your inner strength and see how you have been resilient in life. I create a warm and compassionate environment to hold space for the work you want to do, as Spiritual Coaching is so unique to each individual. I seek to connect with you through curiosity and grace. My goal as a spiritual life coach is to help you transmute your pain into power and embody your greatest self yet! You are the expert on yourself and your life. I am here to help you see that and take your power back completely! 

What are Golden Soul Sessions like?

Spiritual coaching services let’s you explore your inner and outer work using art-making, writing, mediation, and somatic techniques, creating a Holistic approach that is unique and catered to you. Together we can help you heal past wounds, to find freedom from pain and fear that block you from living the life you deserve! We will explore your dreams, any symbols that may show up, and past life trauma that may be impacting you today. We will discuss your values and what gives meaning to your life to help you achieve your spiritual and personal goals and improve your relationship to yourself and others. Sessions may include alternative healing techniques, like Tarot and Oracle Readings, Crystals, and Goddess support. With a coach, you can truly experience a spiritual transformation unlike anything before.

We will move at a pace that is comfortable for you and start by, metaphorically, walking in the water. Diving in too quickly sometimes does more harm than good, so we will be intentional on what you need. Through coaching, we will explore different areas of your life and how your soul can experience alignment in order to  bring you peace, bliss, and satisfaction. This work is meaningful and fulfilling, you will uncover exciting parts of yourself. I want to help you experience more vibrancy and less exhaustion! 

What brought me here?

I was called to work as a coach after my own Spiritual healing transformed my life. I had a breakdown back in 2017 and felt I was moving in a direction I did not want to be going. I had been on a spiritual path for many years before then, but this experience became a fork in the road moment for me. I was able to see my life on both paths and make a choice to heal my soul and step into the fullness of who I am. I know firsthand how lonely and overwhelming this road can be to journey on. I had to figure out a lot on my own and rarely had support. I will teach you all that I have learned on this path and hopefully save you from doing things the harder way.  

Alchemy is uncomfortable, which is why I am so passionate about wanting to make it more enjoyable for you!
